Investment in Your Healing
Healing is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself.
Therapy is an investment in your emotional well-being, your relationships, and your future. Whether you're healing from childhood trauma, strengthening your relationship, or working toward greater self-worth and inner peace, I provide personalized, evidence-based care designed to create meaningful, lasting change.
As a private-pay practice, therapy is guided by your unique needs rather than the requirements of an insurance company. This allows us the flexibility to tailor your care, protect your privacy, and focus fully on your healing. My goal is to make the financial process as transparent as possible so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
Session Fees
50 Minute Individual Therapy Session $150
A traditional therapy session designed for ongoing support, insight, and growth. Together we'll explore the experiences, patterns, and relationships that have shaped you while building practical tools for lasting healing.
80 Minute Individual Therapy Session $220
Longer sessions provide additional time to prepare, process, and integrate your work without feeling rushed. These sessions are recommended for many clients engaging in Attachment-Focused EMDR.
4 Hour EMDR Intensive $525
Designed for clients seeking more focused trauma processing in a single extended session. EMDR Intensives provide dedicated time to build momentum while allowing space for preparation, processing, grounding, and integration.
50 Minute Couples Therapy Session $180
Couples therapy focuses on strengthening emotional connection, improving communication, and helping partners move beyond painful relationship patterns using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Trauma Transcendence Therapy is a private pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.

Payment is processed at the time of your session through my secure electronic health record system.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR often benefits from having more time to fully process a memory without feeling rushed. While 50-minute sessions are available, I typically recommend 80-minute EMDR sessions whenever possible, as they allow us to spend more time on the reprocessing work and less time stopping in the middle of meaningful progress.
