I'll answer your questions, explain my approach, and help determine whether Trauma Transcendence Therapy is the right fit. If we decide to move forward together, we'll schedule your first session.

We'll continue meeting at a pace that supports your goals, celebrating progress along the way and adjusting treatment as your needs evolve. Whether therapy is short term or longer term, my goal is to help you build the confidence, insight, and tools to feel ready to move forward with greater peace, resilience, and self trust.
During our first session, we'll review your intake paperwork, explore your history and current concerns, and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll identify your goals and create a personalized treatment plan that supports your unique healing journey.
