Hi, I’m Mycole (pronounced like Nicole, with an M), and I’m so glad you found your way here. I support adults and couples who are navigating the lasting impact of trauma- whether it comes from childhood experiences, relational wounds, sexual abuse, or generational patterns. If you’re struggling with low self-esteem, shame, anxiety, difficulty trusting, fear of abandonment, or challenges feeling safe and connected in your relationships, you are in the right place.
My approach blends Attachment-Focused EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and practical coping strategies to help you process painful experiences, break destructive patterns, and restore trust in yourself and others. I also provide compassionate, trauma-informed support for those navigating addiction.
